We currently have an opportunity for a Wellbeing Manager with one of our key Corporate partners at Microsoft.
This is a Hybrid role with a mix of home working and site based at Thames Valley Park, Reading
The opportunity
The wellbeing manager is responsible for facilitating the strategic development, implementation and ongoing support of Microsoft’s internal employee wellbeing proposition.
Direct responsibility for the promotion and maintenance of all pillars of wellbeing, ensuring employee wellbeing is embedded into the culture of the business via all stages of the employee lifecycle
Working closely with a variety of internal stakeholders to ensue that Microsoft has a coherent and joined up approach to employee wellbeing. Including but not limited to: compensation and benefits, procurement, OH, EAP, Health & Safety and PMI.
Devise appropriate and tailored wellbeing solutions unique to the needs of Microsoft that relate to business outcomes. Ensure that both a preventative and curative approach is taken towards health issues with the focus firmly on prevention
Ensure measurement tools are in place to capture metrics around employee health status, engagement and participation and measure the effectiveness of wellbeing initiatives and programmes
Produce regular management reports for presentation to Microsoft to demonstrate effectiveness and return on investment
Maintain an expert knowledge of the wellbeing industry developments, trends and research outcomes enabling ongoing innovation and commitment to providing value add solutions in response to emerging issues
The person
To succeed as a Wellbeing Manager, you will need:
A demonstrated and truly inspirational passion for health and wellbeing
The ability to inspire and motivate others
Expertise in influencing and negotiating key stakeholders and senior management
The ability to strategically interpret wellbeing data to inform future service development
To demonstrate understanding of how proactive wellbeing promotion offers significant financial return on investment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
The ability to develop strong working relationships at multiple levels of the organisation
Proven project management experience
