Up to £41,500 Pro Rata, depending on experience

22.5 hours per week

Our Physiotherapy team at Exeter Hospital currently have an opportunity for a Senior Physiotherapist specializing in Pelvic Health. This role will cover Pelvic Health specialist outpatients as well as the possibility for some involvement with musculoskeletal outpatients.

As part of the team you will have clinical support available from our National Pelvic Health Lead and our large network of Pelvic Health physiotherapists as well as your Regional Physiotherapy lead, with leadership from the management team on site.

As a Senior Physiotherapist you will:

• Deliver high quality, effective clinical care.

• Ensure on-going monitoring of the standard of treatment provided
• Be compliant with all professional, clinical and integrated governance standards and participate in clinical audit and other quality assurance processes
• Be expected to contribute to the weekend rota covering orthopedic post-operative inpatient

The Exeter Nuffield hospital is based next to the NHS RD&E hospital in Wonford, Exeter. Exeter is a vibrant cathedral city in the heart of the beautiful county of Devon, situated on the river exe and only 10 miles from the coast. The hospital has 2 theatres, as well as a hybrid cardiac catheter laboratory/theatre and an Endoscopy suite. There are two ward areas: an inpatient area with 21 beds and a day-case ward with 12 beds. We also have a busy outpatient department, health assessment service, pharmacy, physiotherapy, and radiology department including an MRI scanner. We specialize in elective orthopedic and spinal surgery, cardiology including invasive procedures, general surgery, plastics and cosmetic surgery, ENT and gynecology’s. The Hospital has a MAKO robot that undertakes some of the joint replacement surgery which we have become well known for.
