Up to £28,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience

As a Senior Fitness & Wellbeing Advisor at our Corporate Club Deloitte London, you’ve previously worked as a personal or fitness trainer. You’re qualified to REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner level and you bring studio experience. You also have a track record of driving PT revenue, as well as designing fitness programmes for groups and individuals.
Operating in a prestigious corporate environment, you are responsible for supporting the management team, studio, and personal training services. As a Senior Fitness and Wellbeing Advisor, you will report to the AGM/GM manager.
Required Skills:
An understanding of corporate wellbeing culture
Strong understanding and experience in delivering group exercise classes and Personal Training
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong leadership skills
Commercial awareness and business acumen
Meticulous attention to detail in all areas of work
A highly effective communicator who inspires, motivates, and develops others both personally and professionally
A visionary leader with excellent creative skills, a dynamic forward thinker
A team player with exceptional planning and organisational skills
Highly competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Desired Skills:
Previous experience in a corporate fitness environment
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Ensure successful delivery of consistently high quality Personal Programs
Ensure successful delivery of consistently high quality exercises classes
Ensure successful delivery of member retention plan
Achieve all other Key Performance Indicators
Ensure all equipment is maintained in accordance with club standards
Assist delivery of events and challenges calendar
Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations, including emergency action procedures
Supervising the fitness floor, overseeing member engagement
Supporting the Assistant Manager in the successful delivery of membership promotions and events
To work close with the AGM/GM and follow through with your own personal development plan
