We are looking for a Patient Services Administrator in our Haywards Heath Hospital who will be responsible administering a large volume of email requests from referrals to appointments, ensuring the hospital meets its service deliverables whilst exceeding customer expectations. Preferably you will hold a NVQ level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent and experience of working in a customer facing environment, to help us build a healthier nation.
As our Patient Services Administrator you will:
Bring empathy, sympathy and sensitivity to the role.
Ensure complex administration and support, meets the required standards and timescales
Have attention to detail ensuring all data/information is accurate using the appropriate system and format.
To prepare standard and adhoc reports as required and required by the department
Handle appointments bookings and changes
Co-ordinate availability of rooms and consultants
Create, alter or cancel clinics as required to support business needs

With three operating theatres – 1 is laminar flow, comprehensive outpatient facilities including a 3T MRI scanner, an excellent onsite pre-assessment clinic, physiotherapy department and 26 en-suite rooms on the ward.
