Nuffield Health, the UK’s largest not for profit healthcare provider, is seeking a Duty Manager, to be responsible for the smooth running of our Fitness and Wellbeing Gym.
Sharing our passion for excellent customer service, as a Duty Manager you will;
Care about our members, so you’ll seek opportunities to build rapport with them and ensure they’re happy with their experience.
Lead staff and maintaining quality standards in all areas
Conducting tours for prospective new members, selling the benefits only Nuffield Health can provide.
Oversee health and safety and resolve issues as quickly as possible.
Help achieve sales targets.
Ideally, you’ll have the following skills;
Demonstrable sales experience.
Enthusiasm, communication skills, collaborative spirit and ‘can do’ attitude.
The ability to get to grips with our business quickly.
