As an NHS Medical Secretary at our Nuffield Health Oxford, The Manor Hospital, you’ll bring strong administrative expertise, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident working with numbers, you’ll play a key role in supporting our teams and ensuring the smooth delivery of NHS-funded services at The Manor. With a commitment to exceptional patient care, you’ll provide high-quality secretarial support, combining efficiency with a people-focused approach. As an NHS Medical Secretary at our Oxford Hospital, you will:

• Deliver high quality administration and secretarial support to the hospital consultants.
• Enjoy the satisfaction of providing truly exceptional customer service.
• Prioritise a busy workload, whilst also keeping calm under pressure and remaining professional at all times.
• Transcribe clinical reports and letters, manage appointment bookings, and oversee email correspondence, ensuring a seamless and efficient service.
• Be the primary contact for NHS patients, providing clear communication and excellent customer service.
