As a Fitness & Wellbeing Manager at our Barclays Corporate club, you’ve previously worked as a personal or fitness trainer. As a Fitness & Wellbeing Manager, you will:
Take on a role that spans management, governance and sales of major services.
Report to the General Manager and support across the fitness arm of our health and wellbeing offering; carrying out a variety of managerial administration duties including member communications to ensure the smooth day-to-day operational requirements of our facility.
Offer technical support and guidance where needed.
Ensure we meet health and safety legislation, and internal audit requirements.
Be responsible for the gym floor service, presentation and maintenance.
Shape our client wellbeing agenda, developing key stakeholder relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
Possess an eagerness to support client projects; event management and facilitation, membership promotions, retention and outreach.
Collaborating closely with the curated experience team – expanding our strategic annual event calendar – preparing professional reports and presentations aligning with our corporate toolkit to exceed client expectation.
Support the relaunch of our additional services including Freelancers, Beautician, Physiotherapists and GP services.
Develop and champion our ‘Meet our Experts’ sessions.
Oversee our fitness programming and timetables, from studio classes to Personal Training.
Provide support and leadership to nurture our teams’ confidence and pride to help them promote our services to members and colleagues.
Continually improve site standards and team performance; always leading by example promoting and delivering fitness programmes and classes.
Drive, develop and support your team to achieve ambitious KPI targets through regular 121’s and annual PDR’s.
Recruit and develop the colleagues that will help us deliver our quality and commercial goals.
Helping you feel good.
