About the Role
Nuffield Health are looking for an enthusiastic individual to fill a pivotal role within Schroders, one of the flag ship corporate contracts. The Clinic Manager post is full-time and is based at the corporate onsite location in City of London, within easy walking distance of Moorgate, Liverpool Street and Bank. It is one of only a few fully integrated onsite centres offering the full range of clinical services alongside a state of the art gym.

The role of a Clinic Manager is to empower their team to provide a genuinely exceptional customer experience across a range of wellbeing services, ensuring exemplary, high-quality clinical care with a genuine desire resolve health issues and actively promote the principles of health & wellbeing. The post-holder will manage multiple clinical services within the clinic (GP, Nurse, Physiotherapy, Occupational Health, CBT & a physiologist-led health assessment programme including follow-ups onsite, while monitoring health assessment activity within the network). The post-holder will be responsible for the new flag ship referral pathway using our in-house patient concierge team. This allows the reception team to directly book secondary care appointments into local Nuffield hospitals and also gain pre-authorisation with employees’ private medical insurance. The Clinic Manager will ensure the dai ly operations of the services are managed seamlessly, underpinned by Nuffield Health’s robust company frameworks with regards to clinical governance, professional standards and best practice performance in line with the Healthcare Standards Act 2000.
If suitable, the role holder will also provide clinical care for customers (as appropriate to skills qualification and experience). The role holder will be supported by the Strategic Account Director alongside other key functions such as HR, Finance, Capacity Management and the Contact Centre Team. In addition, the Clinic Manager will develop effective relationships with the company HR and Benefits team; this will include the production of management information (monthly), delivery of wellbeing initiatives, support the quarterly account meetings, and develop new revenue opportunities with the company. The post-holder will report into the site Programme Director.
The role holder will work closely across all of the onsite management team including the Programme director, workplace wellbeing Physiotherapist and Senior patient concierge (senior receptionist). The Health clinic is open from 7 am – 7 pm, sometimes shift work within this time frame is necessary to support the reception team of four.
