Up to £38,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience

40 hours per week

Nuffield Health is Britain’s largest Healthcare Charity. We’re looking for someone with sound industry experience to assist our Senior Programme Director in all areas of operations at our onsite Fitness & Wellbeing Club. In this prestigious corporate environment, you’ll help shape our club’s overall performance and strategic direction.

As an Assistant Programme Director, you’ll be dynamic and forward thinking with managerial experience, commercial awareness and a proven track record of achieving targets. You’ll have significant experience in a corporate fitness environment, good presentation and effective communication skills.

As an Assistant Programme Director, you will:

• Oversee the day to day operational management of our facilities
• Be responsible for our budget, profit and loss, health and safety, recruitment and development
• Shape our Client Wellbeing agenda, developing key stakeholder relationships and ensuring their needs are met
• Provide support and leadership to our Client Services and Fitness teams
• Prepare reports and presentations, including monthly contract reviews
• Carry out marketing, event management and facilitation, membership promotions, retention and outreach
• Build and develop our Client Service and Fitness team to ensure that the facilities have the right capabilities, attitude and enthusiasm to deliver commercial and brand objectives and that colleagues are coached and supported to deliver required results
• Ensure regular meetings are held with the client, and that all actions points stemming from these sessions are duly documented and actioned
• Have experience in managing a large fitness team
• Drive the commercial success of all key revenue generating services and member retention within the Fitness center
