Up to £42,500 depending on experience

Reporting to the Senior Programme Director, as Programme Director you’ll be leading the successful day to day operations of our onsite Fitness & Wellbeing Centre for our client, as well as 2 satellite sites. Your role is about delivering exceptional customer service, whether motivating members, working with the client or motivating the team to exceed targets & service standards. Managing a large and dedicated team, your responsibilities will range from the Centre budget, to Profit & Loss, to recruitment and development. You will also play a key role in helping to shape the client wellbeing agenda – attending meetings, developing relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring their needs are met.
As a Programme Director, you will:
Manage a multi-site contract, with 2 sites in the UK and 1 in Ireland.
Commercially drive the performance of all 3 sites and achieve set KPIs
Support managers in developing and continuously reviewing a strategy for their site and drive/motivate them to achieve their financial and other agreed targets.
Responsible for the continued business relationship between Nuffield Health and CBRE/ Bank of America
Develop a relationship throughout the organisation, including with key stakeholders.
Complete monthly and quarterly reviews with the client.
Proactive management of financial performance for all locations including cost control and investigation of variances.
Ensure all sites comply with legislation and H&S policies, rules and procedures.
Maximise opportunities for additional revenues through additional sales and services, in particular MSM.
