As a Fitness & Wellbeing Advisor at our [insert club name], you’ll have a strong background in corporate or commercial fitness. You’re highly motivated with the communication skills and infectious enthusiasm to teach circuit-based classes, perform fitness assessments and deliver great training.
As a Fitness & Wellbeing Advisor (Personal Trainer), you will:
Be responsible for fitness floor supervision, ensuring correct use of equipment, providing training and motivation for visiting clients.
Creating exercise programmes from beginner to advance and update your client base regularly.
Deliver group exercise and circuit-based classes, from Spin to Les Mills both in the studio and on the gym floor.
Health and Wellbeing promotions using our key services on business floors to encourage regular attendance and recruit new members.
Delivering healthy body assessments using body composition scanning using BIA to provide 12 key measurements to engage and connect with clients regularly.
Conducting new member tours of the facilities and ensure everyone is assessed and inducted before using our facilities.
Help and support members with techniques, training and lifestyle advice using our technogym app, MyWellness.
Deputise for the Gym Manager and use your own initiative to help deliver a great experience including Health and Safety checks, opening and closing procedures.
Being on hand to respond to any emergencies including evacuation, first aid and pool first responder. Training will be provided.
Additional earning can be made providing a personal training service outside of your working hours and non-working days.
24 hours a week. Working days and times set as- Tuesday- 13:00 to 21:00, Wednesday 06:45 to 14:45 and Friday alternate shifts 06:45 to 14:45 and 12:00 to 20:00
