Salary £47,500-£68,500 per annum, dependent on skills & experience.
40 hrs per week.
This is a new and exciting split role with an estimated 50% of time dedicated to clinic work and treatment and the other 50% dedicated to supporting the client on their Corporate Wellbeing strategy outside of the clinic environment.
Treatment role
The successful candidate must be qualified in a mental health practice in one of the following: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (either low or high intensity) or counselling.
The treatment role will depend on the successful candidate’s clinical background.
CBT and PWP Therapists will provide assessments and low and/or high intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy as appropriate.
Counsellors will provide counselling assessments and interventions.
All roles will manage appropriately referred patients and ensure identified clinical risks are managed appropriately.
Registration of at least one of the following professional bodies is strictly required:
British Association of Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) or
British Association for Counselling Psychotherapy (BACP) or
United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapists (UKCP) or
National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).
Workplace Wellbeing role
A key part of this role is embedding yourself into the culture of the corporate client to support on their wellbeing strategy and become the face of emotional health for the business. The role will require a variety of wellbeing work such as planning and hosting wellbeing events, offering emotional health and wellbeing drop-in services, and delivering seminars, webinars, workshops and team interventions on a range of topics related to emotional wellbeing e.g., sleep, resilience and mental health awareness. You will also be involved in stakeholder engagement with senior members of the business. Excellent presentation and group facilitation skills are essential.
An essential element of the role is to be involved in stakeholder engagement with senior members of the business.
The role also requires a strategic thought process as quarterly reviews of clinical outcomes in conjunction with the clinic manager will be required. You will also be expected to collate anonymous feedback from the HR and OH teams and wider business to present back alongside the MI and make suggestions on interventions and wellbeing events in conjunction with your wider team and the client.
