As a Patient Services Administrator at our Ipswich Hospital, you’re able to manage, appraise and interpret the data. What’s more, you know how to present this in a timely and professional manner.
As an Patient Services Administrator, you will:
Handle enquiries and general queries.
Will be required to greet and attend patients for Radiology appointments, making sure all patient information is correct.
Deal with enquiries from patients, Consultants, GPs and secretaries.
Arrange Radiology appointments.
Distribute Radiology reports to referrers.
Work with existing Radiology software systems to ensure high levels of data accuracy.
Put your strong IT and keyboard skills to work.
Maintain databases.
Provide a range of secretarial services and diary management.
Previous Healthcare Admin experience will be an advantage.
