We are recruiting for a part time Duty Manager to join our team. This role has responsibility for the day to day running of the gym in the absence of the General Manager, including team management and ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained. The successful candidate will be customer focussed, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to deal with member queries in a professional and timely manner.

To provide excellent customer service at all times.
To ensure the smooth day to day operations of the club.
To possess and provide strong leadership skills when necessary.
To use initiative and come up with solutions when problems occur.
To assist the General Manager & Fitness Director when asked.
To help ensure the smooth operation of the group fitness timetable on a weekly basis.
To ensure the facility remains clean and well maintained at all times.
To ensure the safety of all members at all times.
To respond to emails regarding membership enquiries or any other club based query.
To make or answer the phone regarding membership enquiries or any other club based query.
The ideal applicant will have leisure industry experience and thrive in a fast paced environment. The role is shift based with hours to be agreed.
